Chef J.'s been executing quality meals for decades and loves preparing all cuisines.  With award winning recipes with many signature dishes, opened 4 star restaurant at 33,  Hells Kitchen Season 5 contestant, Award winning recipes like Maryland Crab Cakes to name one, Chef J. knows quality. Journey began at age 8 after hand catching bushels of crabs off jetty with his brother at Willoughby spit, Norfolk VA, and father threw a full-out beach party.   Chef J. was hooked on this culinary inspirational journey!
